Return Policy


We want to ensure your complete satisfaction so we will happily accept returns in accordance with the following Return Policy:

  • No returns will be accepted, except in the case of verified defect.
  • Please include a copy of your original packing slip.
  • The item must be returned to us, unopened (unless the item was received by you in a defective or damaged condition), and in its original packaging.
  • We regret that we do not refund any shipping or handling charges.
  • Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
  • Please make sure to obtain a tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our warehouse confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. If the warehouse does not confirm receipt, then you may need to track your package to check the status. We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • All returns will be credited to the original credit card used for the purchase, in the amount of the purchase price paid by you for the returned item (which reflects the amount of any discounts, promotions or coupons that you received), including sales tax charged with respect to the item.
  • Credits may be issued after we receive, inspect, and process your return and any investigations or claims by shipping agencies are complete. Please allow time for the returned item to be delivered to us, for us to inspect and process the return, and for the credit card issuer to credit your account. Your credit card company determines when the credit will be reflected in your statement. It may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.
