Shipping Policy
How will my order be shipped?

All orders will be sent via UPS.  UPS does not deliver to Post Office Addresses.  Please click on the drop down to find your shipping and handling charges for your zip code.

When will I receive my order? 

For regular delivery, please allow 5-7 business days.

Rush Shipping (2 day):  UPS 2nd day delivery.  We will make our best efforts to ensure that all orders received before 5:00 P.M. EST will leave our facility by the next business day.  Please click on the drop down to find your shipping and handling charges for your zip code.

Shipments are processed from Monday through Friday only.

Can I ship my order to an APO or FPO address?

We are not able to ship to either APO or FPO addresses.

How can I pay?
You can pay with the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We do not accept payment via money order or check

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from UPS with the tracking information for your order.

Do you ship orders outside of the United States?

No, we do not ship orders outside of the United States.


Return Policy
Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for any orders placed via www.cosmedicine.com upon receiving your items within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. We will not accept returns for products purchased in a store or from another website.

How do I return a product?

If you would like to return an item, please return it via U.S. Mail or UPS to the address below. Please include the return form enclosed with your shipment.

When will be credit card be credited?

We will issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received with 60 days of the purchase date. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash. It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. We do not refund shipping costs.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer exchanges for returned products at this time.
